Four Cheese Pasta and Beef Skillet
6 oz tube pasta |
Cook and drain pasta. Brown ground meat in skillet, using salt and pepper if desired to taste; drain off grease. Add tomatoes to skillet and cook, uncovered, until slightly thickened. Stir in onion rounds and cream cheese; heat to blend. Toss with remaining ingredients in skillet and cover mixture for 2 minutes to melt cheese. |
