4 c apple cider OR juice
1 1/2 c apricot nectar
1/2 c lemon juice
1/4 c grenadine syrup
1 bottle gingerale
1 pint lemon sherbet
Combine juices and grenadine; chill. Pour over ice in punch bowl.
Carefully pour in gingerale. Add scoops of lemon sherbet. Makes 9 1/2 servings. Source: Diane Robert
