Broccoli-Cheese Soup

2 10-oz pkgs frozen broccoli in cheese sauce
1 c milk
1/2 c shredded carrot
1 tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 c dairy sour cream

Cook frozen broccoli in its pouch according to the package directions. Transfer to a medium saucepan. Stir in milk, shredded carrot, onion, mustard, and pepper. Cook and stir until bubbly. Add sour cream. Cook and stir just to boiling. Makes 5-6 servings.
Serve with garlic bread. Yummy!
