Merry Cherry Cake
1 c margarine |
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder; add beaten eggs and vanilla. Fold in cherries and nuts. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out onto plate and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serves 12. Source: Deborah M. Muchay. |
