Tangy Cornish Hens

2 Cornish game hens, halved
2 Tbsp margarine or butter, melted
salt and pepper
1/2 c maple-flavored syrup
1/4 c lemon juice
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
2 tsp soy sauce
8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained

Heat oven to 350º. In 13x9" pan, arrange hens, skin-side up. Brush with melted margarine; season with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; spoon over hens. Return to oven for 30 minutes or until well browned and tender, basting occasionally. Serves 4.
