Christmas Peas

1 1/2 c frozen peas
1/2 c red pepper, chopped
1/2 c celery, chopped
1/3 c onion, chopped
1/2 c chicken broth
salt and pepper

Combine red pepper, celery, onion and 1/3 c broth in a frying pan. Stir, cook 3 minutes. Add peas and remaining broth, salt and pepper. Continue to stir. Cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes until vegetables are tender and liquid evaporates.
