Cranberries and Sweet Potato Casserole
2 17 oz cans sweet potatoes |
Preheat oven to 350º. Slice sweet potatoes. Pour cranberry sauce into another bowl and stir well.
Layer sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce in buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole. Combine melted margarine and brown sugar; toss with bread crumbs.
Top casserole with crumbs. Bake 35 minutes or until hot. Serves 10. Source: Jodie McCoy |
