Dinner-In-A-Skillet

1 Tbsp butter or margarine
4 1/2" apple slices
4 1/2" thick pork chops
1/2 c flour with 1 tsp salt and pepper
1 can yams, drained and halved lengthwise
1/2 c undiluted condensed chicken bouillon

In hot butter in skillet, saute apple slices until golden on each side; remove. Dredge pork chops in the seasoned flour, and in the same skillet, saute the prok chops until brown. Add yams and chicken bouillon. Simmer, covered, 25 minutes or until chops are fork-tender. Add apple rings; heat. Serves 4.
