Fruited Eggnog Bread
2 eggs |
Mix well first 5 ingredients. Stir in eggnog, egg, butter and rum
just until flour is moistened. (Mixture will be lumpy) Fold in nuts and candied fruit; spread mixture
in a well-greased 9X5 loaf pan. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into
center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Nice served warm.
