Ginger Sparkles
3/4 c butter |
Cream together butter, sugar, molasses and egg until light and fluffy. Sift flour, soda, salt and spices
all together and add to creamed mixture to form a soft dough. Shape into 1" balls and roll in multicolored cake decorations instead of plain sugar.
Place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen. Source: Hazel Dutchak |
