Ground Beef Roulade
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef |
Combine all ingredients except vermouth, cheese and tomato sauce.
Mix lightly and press onto a 14x10" rectangle of waxed paper.
Sprinkle with cheese and roll up, jelly-roll style. Place seamside down
in a rectangular pan. Combine tomato sauce with vermouth and spread
half of the sauce over the roll and bake 10 minutes longer. Makes 4-6
