Haystacks

4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp milk
2 c icing sugar
1 unsweetened chocolate square, melted (1 oz.)
3 c tiny marshmallows
Medium coconut
Beat cheese, milk and icing sugar together until smooth. Stir in chocolate and marshmallows. Drop by small spoonfuls onto coconut. Roll to cover. Chill on plates. Store in covered container in refrigerator or freezer. Makes about 4 dozen.
