Indian Corn

2 slices bacon, chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 egg, well beaten
2 cans cream-style corn
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 c milk

Brown bacon and onion in skillet. Add egg to corn; stir into onion mixture. Blend flour, sugar, and milk; stir into corn mixture and pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour or until set. Serves 8.
