Mushroom Gravy

1 Tbsp butter
1 pkg baby bella mushrooms
1 1/4 c water
1/2 c dry white wine
1 pkg roasted turkey gravy mix
1 pkg classic brown gravy mix
2 tsp fresh thyme

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; saute 5 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in water, wine and gravy mixes until dissolved. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in thyme.
Makes 3 1/3 cups.
