Pumpkin Pecan Bread

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 TB pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar
4 eggs
1 cup Libby's solid pack pumpkin

In a small bowl, combine flour, powder, soda, salt, pie spice and pecans, and set aside. In large mixer bowl, cream butter and sugars until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in pumpkin. Add dry ingredients, and mix just until moistened. Turn into 2 greased and floured 8x4" loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pans. Cool on wire racks.
Makes 2 loaves.
