Rocky Road Brownies

BROWNIES:
1 1/4 c Robin Hood flour
3/4 c Fry's Cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
2 c sugar
3/4 c Imperial margarine, melted
1 tsp vanilla
TOPPING:
3/4 c chopped peanuts
3/4 c butterscotch chips
2 c miniature marshmallows
1/2 c chocolate sundae topping

BROWNIES: Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; set aside. Beat eggs, sugar, melted margarine, and vanilla in large mixing bowl until smooth. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread evenly in greased 13X9" cake pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes, or just until set.

TOPPING: Sprinkle peanuts, chips, and marshmallows on top of hot brownies. Drizzle with sundae topping. Return to oven and bake 7-10 minutes longer, or until lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting. Store in refrigerator.
Makes 2 dozen.
