Easy Shrimp Creole

11 oz can Fiesta tomato soup
1/4 can water
1 c chopped onion
1 c green pepper
1/2 c chopped celery
1 lb peeled, cooked shrimp
rice

Heat soup and water. Add onion, green pepper, and celery. Simmer until tender. Stir in shrimp. Serve over rice.
