Caramel Turtles

1 c pecan halves
36 light caramels
1/2 c sweet chocolate, melted

Arrange pecans, flat side down, in clusters of 4 on a greased baking sheet. Place 1 caramel on each cluster on pecans. Heat at 325º until caramels soften, 4-8 minutes. Remove from the oven; flatten caramel with buttered spatula. Cool slightly and remove from pan to waxed paper. Swirl melted chocolate on top.
