Escalopes De Veau
2 lbs. veal, cut in thin slices |
Sauté onion in butter until golden. Place in casserole,
add veal slices, salt, pepper, consomme, and wine.
Combine crumbs with melted butter and cheese and
top casserole with this mixture. Bake, uncovered, in a
