Christmas Eve Vegetables

1 pkg frozen Lima beans
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 red pimiento, minced
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 c sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Cook Lima beans according to pkg directions; drain. Sauté onions and pimiento in butter until tender; add to Lima beans. Add sour cream. Season with salt and pepper; heat through.
Serves 4.
